The mid-week adult swimming group is a group of adult swimmers belonging to ABASC who meet on Wednesday mornings during school terms for stroke improvement sessions.
We meet at 10 am at the Bilgola Beach Rockpool during spring, summer and autumn. With the approval of the Northern Beaches Council, two lanes are roped off for our exclusive use for an hour.
In winter, the weekly sessions continue in a heated pool at a nearby club.
The group is coached by a fully qualified and highly experienced coach who gives all members of the group individual guidance in all strokes. All ability levels are catered for.
Sessions are light-hearted and fun. After swimming, participants get together for coffee at Zubis Bilgola or the bistro at the heated pool.
